Kristen Bell donates $91, 500 worth of Bravado bras to support mothers in need
“Getting back into her skinny jeans following the arrival of her first daughter was flat out unimportant.”
Sure, we love that she’s quirky, stylish and obsessed with sloths, but more than that we adore Kristen Bell for her giving heart. Case in point: She recently donated $91,500 worth of our Bravado nursing bras and Medela breastpumps to benefit Jessica Seinfeld’s Baby Buggy program to help new mothers in need.
Want to channel her flawless maternity and/or post-baby style? Look for whimsical, feminine, out-of-the-box frocks, and layer them over our Body Silk Seamless Nursing Bra, The Essential Nursing Tank and the Elegant Embrace Nursing Bra. Bell has sited all three as a few of her favourite things.

Her story:
With a career that began at age 11 – her first role was in a youth theatre outside Detroit – the always-radiant blonde starred in TVs shows Deadwood and the cult favourite Veronica Mars before hitting the big screen in movies like Couples Retreat and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
More recently, as momma to two young girls (their father is actor Dax Shepard), she’s known for trumpeting the merits of motherhood – and in particular, for celebrating the post-birth body.
She’s been quoted as saying that getting back into her skinny jeans following the arrival of her first daughter was flat out unimportant, and agreed shortly after giving birth to pose for Allure’s annual Nudes issue without stepping up her workout game before the shoot. “To put my money where my mouth was, I needed to be shot in the body I was living in,” she said.
